Need To Make A Return?

Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we’re here to help!

Merchandise can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Love it but need another color, size or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item is still in stock.  Please email us at  and let us know what didn't work. Once we approve your exchange, please send the item back to us via US Mail. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We highly recommend returning with tracking and/or insurance.

Exchanges that cannot be fulfilled (due to changing inventory), will be issued store credit.

Store Credit:
Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise.  (Please see below on eligibility of returns and the process of returning). We do not offer refunds.  Once a return is received and processed, an online code will be emailed to the email address used on the original order.  This code can then be redeemed online for a future purchase.  There is NO expiration on store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange/return, please make sure that:

  • Returns & Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • The product isn't used or damaged.

  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return!
  • Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements will be sent back at your own expense. We will make every effort to contact you about ineligible returns and during this time we will hold ineligible item(s) for 5 business days. After 5 business days from our original attempt to contact you, the item(s) will be donated to charity.

Return Shipping charges:

Original shipping charges are not refunded or credited on a return.  You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Amelias Style.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
